Need help finding a store or service, tracking down lost belongings, or simply have a question for the centre? Located at the Centre Management office, our Customer Care desk is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm.
Courtesy Vehicles
Mobility scooters and wheelchairs are available for hire from our Customer Care desk, Monday to Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm. To book please phone (07) 4054 3066. Proof of identification required.

The centre has two Parents Rooms available for your use, located at Centre Court and in the Food Court near the Children's Playground. Both rooms are fully equipped with essential facilities for your comfort and convenience.
Free Indoor Playground
Looking for a place where little explorers can play while you take a break? Our free indoor playground, located at the Food Court, is designed for small children aged 2-8 years and offers a fun, engaging space to climb, explore and imagine. Please note that parental supervision is required.
Accessibility
Accessible amenities are located at both Centre Court and in the Food Court. Our Accessible Adult Change Facility is located with the Food Court Amenities. Disabled parking spaces are located outside every entrance to the centre.
Quiet Room
